Multiple pointers in Parallels

Hi, I just installed Parallels along with WinXP on my MBP. It runs perfect, except for this really annoying thing. When I click on the Windows window, I get the Windows pointer and the OS X pointer (I can only click with the Windows pointer)

If I move the mouse to one side of the screen, it goes away, only to come back as soon as I click again.

It's hard to work like this, because it gets pretty confusing sometimes.

Are you using the latest version?

In any case, you can try reinstalling Parallels Tools. Actions (in the menubar) >> Install Parallels Tools. Do this while the VM is running and logged in.
