    Hey!

Woke up with a shashed screen after a pretty mental night out. Guessing the phone got dropped at some point.

Put a replacement lcd on it that i had knocking about, it had a crack or two in it but i could still see the screen, kinda. But it asked for activation on itunes but this didnt want to work. I realised that the lock button wasnt working at this point too.

Bought a replacement screen, AGAIN, and fitted this and was ready to get back to using my phone only to see that i had now got WSOD. Popped in into my computer to try and restore it and it comes up with "Error (1)"

Tried to put it into DFU mode but as the lock button is not working so this isn't avilable.

Now i have managed to connect it to the computer and itunes but it is coming up saying that there isnt a sim installed even though there is a sim in there and the little copper spring is down when the sim card tray is in.

Now im lost, confused and getting annoyed!

Can someone help with some guidance or pointers as to where to go now?

    Many thanks

Hardware issue. Bring it to Apple or a repair place.
