Hi,

I have two phones to trade in. Have both the trade in kits ready to return them to apple.

However, how do I know which trade in kit to use for which device (both different phones being traded in)?

Just to add the instructions say:

"make sure you are packing the correct product in to the correct trade in kit by checking the WO number on your return shipping label matches the order number in your confirmation email"

But I don't see a WO number on the return shipping label...

Here's what I did:

1. Go to the order details of each new phone that you purchased. Within the order details, you should see a separate section for the trade-in kit.
2. Identify the tracking number of the trade-in kit in the order details, and match that to the shipping label of the actual trade in box that you received.
3. Place the phone you're trading in for that specific order with that box :)

That's what I did as I had 2 Macbooks and 2 Trade-ins.

Thanks.

I expected the WO number to be on the shipping label to be used on the trade in box.

Simple process for a single trade in but not so clear when you have multiple ag the same time.
