Is there any multiple wireless charger that can charge a iphone, apple watch at the same time ? I know apple is releasing one later next year but are there any that are out right now ?

I don’t know if any of the current QI charges actually charge the Apple Watch. Apple is doing something different with the watch and normal QI charges do not work on it.
