Multitask apps start always over

Hi

First of all, excuses for my bad English, because its not my foreign language. Anyway, I've got an litte problem with multitasking. If I switch between the apps by multitasking they all restart so I do not see atm any positive things about the multitasking. Can i solve this problem?

have the apps been updated to work with ios4 multitask? if not that is why, not all apps are updated yet.
