I have Mac Pro 2013. Looking options to upgrade from 16GB to 64GB. I found this brand. Mushkin. I have never heard of it.

I have no idea what these specifications are. Is this brand good?
 
I don't have Mushkin RAM in my nMP, but have had it in my oMP, as well as several PCs. Always used it for overclocking, especially when turning up the bus-speed... Great RAM.

Is it true that Apple supports some certain of latency numbers?
I can't find any lower latency than 13. Why? What would happen if the latency is too low?
