Carrier Mushy home button?

Is it normal for TouchID buttons to be mushy?

My iphone 5 and ipad Air all have a nice click with positive tactile feedback. My iPhone 6+ just kind of mushes in with no click, unless I press the bottom half.

Anyone else?

My home button makes a click. Maybe you have a defectiv unit. Go to the Apple Store and let them take a look.
