After literally FOUR HOURS with technical support, Apple could not solve the problem of syncing my music from my iMac to the iPhone Music App.

What happened is that I tried to sync via usb as I noticed some music wasn't extant on the iPhone. After syncing the Music App becomes a *blank white screen* on the iPhone. Apple's technician was shocked.

Has anyone else had this problem and how did you solve it?
