When I am using the Music App on my M1 iMac and I click on the Listen Now page, I keep getting an error message "an error has occurred" and a button to "try again". Needless to say the button does nothing. I have closed and opened the Music App. I have restarted my iMac. I have signed out of my account in the Music App. Nothing works. (And the Listen Now page comes up on my iPhone 12 and iPad mini 5. Any ideas? I have spoken to Apple twice about it. The first time several weeks the senior tech had me reinstall MacOS. Well it worked for a few weeks and then started again. The second senior tech sent a report to the engineers, who wanted some tech stuff downloaded from my iMac.
