Music app on iPhone(UK)

I've got the itunes radio icon as the first icon in the music app :/

Theres a welcome screen a "Learn More" link and a "start listening" button. Scrolling artwork along the top. Is this new? I don't remember seeing it before. Always been there since the last update or has it just changed? In the UK.

Sometimes it shows by mistake, it won't work if you try and use it.

iTunes Radio for UK

The iTunes Radio was a new release in the IOS7 late last year but was only available for US at that time, rumours were said that the UK would get this release early 2014 so not sure weather its available for us now from a software update (I have no checked today) or you may just be one of the lucky ones to get it first.

This appeared on my Mum's iPhone 5c until I changed her default iTunes store from US to UK.

Once I'd done this, it'd disappeared.
