Music.app showing wrong album art

I've upgraded to iOS5, and suddenly all my music has the wrong album art. It's correct in iTunes for all tracks on the album, but the artwork on my iPhone 4 is of another album.

Any ideas how to fix this?

same here, plus a bunch of albums not associated with the correct artist anymore
