music app, tracks are greyed out

    I have iTunes match and some reason when I use the music app on the watch and I'm on LTE, I can't choose the song I want from my iPhone. The tracks are greyed out, until I'm on wifi then all of the tracks are back there. Is this normal?

    Do you restrict the use of Music on cellular?

    Go to Setting/Music and see if Cellular Data is checked (green).

    yes, that setting is checked, I can still listen to music on cellular. shuffle works. don't get it.

    Is your music lossless? High Quality on Cellular is also checked I presume?

    No, the high quality is not checked, tried it when was checked. It seems to work when I restart the watch I'm able to choose the tracks on LTE. But not very long tracks go back to grey later
