How do I clear my up next list and to stop it from automatically playing?

My method is to force quit music app to clear it. I don't find any other faster way to clear up next yet.

I find this annoying too! In iOS9 you could just clear all with a click...

Thank you, but, that works temporarily, because when I dock my iPhone, it randomly selects music and automatically plays it.

Which type of dock are you using? Use Apple recharge dock?
