Can anyone tell me why when I am in a bad service area my music is disappearing? This is music that is on the iPhone and available offline. I will be sitting in my gym scrolling through music and the whole library just disappears and I need to keep closing and opening the app until it comes back. Sometimes it takes one try, sometimes I will be sitting there for 10-20 minutes.

I am running an iPhone 6s plus 64 gig sprint variant. This seems to only happen when I am in a bad service area but is getting extremely annoying. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh ya, and I am running iOS 9.2 latest update no beta's.

Hiya! If they are downloaded and saved for offline usage, then it really should not be leaving. Unfortunately, I had the same issue, and apple told me to rest it back to factory, without a restore. it was a waste of time. but.. it worked.
