Music from my Mac to iPhone, app?

Is their an app that will allow me to stream music from my Mac to my Phone?

I would love to plug my iPhone into my Hi-Fi and control it through my MacBook.
 
The only streaming service available is iTunes Match as far as I know.
It costs around $25,- bucks a year, I love it. 🙂
