Music identified as "other" while syncing

due to this i can't sync my music any more because it's out of space. if i tick and untick syncing my music and sync it...the music will all disappear but the 50gb of "other" is still there 🙁

I can solve it by refreshing the phone but i don't want to do that anymore 🙁

Anyone have this problem? Halp...

My 5 did something similar, except it "deleted" all of the music. I did a clean install after not finding a way to fix it

i've been doing it one too many times and it's annoying. having all the synced contacts, photos, whatsapp messages help but i always lose some stuff in the process 🙁

anyone with a solution? or know why this is happening so i can try to avoid ?
