Music on Iphone, Lost all music on itunes

i have all my music on my iphone, yet i had to switch computers after my laptop crashed so now all my music on my computer is gone but is still on my iphone. i want to update my phone so i send picture messages but am afraid if i sync my phone all my music will get deleted. any advice is helpful, thanks

PC or Mac?

If PC, you can use Sharepod, which is free to get all your music off and put it on the PC.

If Mac, then you can use Senuti, but it's not free.

iPhone Explorer is another Mac program, which is free, but I'm not sure how good it is.
