Music only coming out of one ear on air pods

When listening to music via Apple Watch but works on both when listening via phone

Any solutions?

I had that happen to me this morning. All you have to do is unpair the air pods by clicking forget device then pair I️t again.

just tested it pocketcasts work fines in both ears but apple music only one

not just air pods but my beats solo3..only coming out from one ear

That means the music player is not balanced properly. Have you tried a restart?!
