Music Purchases lost?

My friends itunes library(obviously using windows ) was deleted and he lost his itunes purchases. is there any way to recover the purchases? the files are no longer in the computer.

Call apple and explain. They may allow you to re-download.

I had a similar issue a few years ago. Have your friend send an email to iTunes support, explain the issue and hope for the best. Support emailed a link for me to download my purchases again. They emphasized it was a once in a lifetime request.

Are the songs still on the phone? If they are, you can get them off.
If he deleted the library folder in iTunes, look in the trash folder.

Happened to me once, emailed them and they replied about a day after saying to go on Itunes and click Download Avaliable Purchases or something

I just gave them some lame excuse about a virus attack or something but still, they were really kind
