Even though I have killed the music app (and all others), music shows on my lock screen? Any ideas? I am stubbornly trying to go as long as I can to not have to power down and reboot because everything is like butter with this phone. Just a personal challenge, I know it makes no sense, but I will do it if I have to.

On a side note, the freakin battery life in this thing is amazing. I haven't put it on a charger for two days and I am at 45%.

That’s your iPhone 7?
[doublepost=1510061477][/doublepost]Oh. Never mind. They omit the notch with the screenshot. Interesting.

I forgot the picture would be full size. Just can’t see it all.
Interesting, I just noticed that too. It fills in the notch with the wall paper.

Happens to me whenever I use the Apple Remote short cut in Control Center.

The only way ive found that fixes it is a restart.

So annoying for me as well. It pops up all the time when I am in my truck or when the phone connects to the radio via Bluetooth. It even prompts the music control screen to display on my Apple Watch as well.

On an unrelated note... where can I get that wallpaper??

This happens on my roommate's 7+ occasionally. Happened on my 7+ too, but I haven't seen it on my X yet.

What we did was: play something in Music, lock, pause on lock screen, unlock, double tap home, swipe up on Music app, it disappears from the lock screen usually.

Same thing happens when I use the Apple TV remote...I can sort of understand having the music controls on the lock screen if you're listening to music, but to have it pop up when using the ATV remote to watch ATV, is just annoying.

Yup, it's one of the standards under Live. Wanted something new for my new phone.
[doublepost=1510068818][/doublepost]Thanks everyone. Nice to know it's not just me. I gave up and rebooted.

Have you tried opening the Music app again and closing it again?

Yes I have. No luck.

It’s back again. It came back after I got in my car. I have my phone configured for BT audio with my car. Even though I didn’t use it, I think it connects and causes this screen. I don’t remember this with my 7. Oh well. I’ll live with it. I’d just like to see my wallpaper in full.

Weird, I literally just ran into it again on my phone (iPhone 7) and at first I closed all apps which didn't change it but then I opened the Music app and closed it and that got rid of it. Aside from that the two things that have resolved it on a couple of occasions in the past (before I came across the Music app trick) were either clearing RAM completely, or restarting the device.

I think it’s the Bluetooth that does it. My dad complains about the same thing on his iPhone 7, and he also uses Bluetooth connection to his car, but this happens when he hasn’t even been playing music. I had no answer for him when he asked me about it, and couldn’t find anything online.
