Music Sync Limit on AW Series 3?

Hey all

Is there a limit on how much music you can sync to the apple watch series 3? I have the 16Gb LTE Model and I chose one play list that isn't even 4 gbs, and an error comes up saying I am out of space. I have 11 GB free on the watch so I am clearly not out of space.

I thought they removed the limits of Music syncing in Watch OS4?

Did you upgrade to watchOS 4.0.1? Other's have claimed this patch removed the 2 GB limit.

Actually no I have not now that you mentioned it. I will go and do that.

There is no clear limit on how many songs you can sync, but I find 8GB or so is somehow a storage limit or 200 songs. I am still unclear. This is what has happened in watchOS 4.2 and 4.2.2.
