Surprised nobody else has posted about this, but it would be really nice to be able to listen to music on the Home page without a stupid ass Best Buy ad playing and stopping the audio

This doesn't annoy anyone else trying to listen to music and read the news?

Yes, 90% of the time I visit macrumors.com my music is interrupted (I'm pretty sure it's an ad, but it the ad doesn't play audio so maybe not)

Sounds like going with https://macrumors.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/201096188-What-do-I-do-about-annoying-ads- would be the way to go.

I can’t be the only one bothered by this: when you browse MacRumors on a mobile device, the ads you are forced to scroll past have audio that automatically pause whatever music you’re listening to. This makes browsing this site next to impossible. Is there anyway to fix this? MR used to be great.

We had a few people send support requests about this problem. We're hoping the company that provides the ads can fix it. Oddly enough, I haven't run into this on my Android phone.
