I have ran into several music tracks that don't have any iCloud music status in iTunes. When I add them to a Playlist and try to download on my iPhone/iPad all I get is a spinning circle and it will keep spinning for days without any error message. If at home (same WiFi) It will play them but no way to download and play away from home.
Oddly in iTunes I can Remove Download and then hit the iCloud and re-download them fine. So iCloud has an Upload or Match.
Any ides on who to 'force' iTunes/iCloud to 'see' and upload or match these tracks so I can use on iOS?
