Hi there,

I have been unable to access the majority of my music videos on my Apple TV, iPhone 4S and iPad2 for nearly a week. I subscribe to iTunes match so finding this really frustrating. Have sent two messages to Apple using Express Lane but no reply. Anyone getting the same problem?

Hi,

I'm experiencing the same problem - videos purchased in the last month seem to stream just fine to my Apple TV and iPhone but those purchased before this time refuse to play! On my Apple TV I just see a spinning wheel - on my iPhone I just receive the message 'Could not load movie' or the screen turns black and returns to my list of videos.

Very frustrating as everything was working smoothly up until a week or so ago!
