How can I transfer my music from the cd's that I have purchase over the years to my iPod and iPhone? The thing is I don't want to see a music symbol when I have transfer the music. I want to see the actual cover for the songs that's been transfer from the cd's.

Rip the CD's in iTunes. When finished go to the "Advanced" tab and select "Get Album Artwork" Then sync your devices with iTunes.
