Must have apps?

Just got my macbook 2.2, 3GB Ram, it's flying like nuts, so happy!

OS X is fantastic (I switched), and now I'd like to never use windows on my laptop ever again. I'll need some software tips though, what's out there (free or not) that I must get and or are worth a look?
