Must Have Programs for New Macbook Pro owners?

In case no one mentioned it, I highly recommend f.lux (and not just on your MBP). It automatically adjusts your display's color to be easier on the eyes depending on your time of day (by determining your location). When the sun sets, it will gradually adjust to indoor lighting temperatures (like halogen, tungsten, or whatever kind of light you have in your home). During day time, it ramps up back to bright, cool colors. You can always disable it if you need to do any color sensitive work. Seriously though, after using it for an hour or two, and switching back, you will be shocked at how painful the regular display is during night hours.
