Seems to me this forum is extremely more cluttered with people asking why their order status has not been updated. Probably because they are missing this message.
 
This thread shouldn't be closed. It's not even the main topic of the news story. If anything it should be stickied so that we don't get a dozen different threads saying "why hasn't my status changed?"

Hey NJ,

For some reason some people don't know how to ignore a thread or post that they don't particularly like or appreciate, and feel it's their duty to complain to someone about it. You know what I do when I don't like a thread or a comment? I move on to the next one. But, again, obviously a lot of persons, including myself, didn't see the original thread with this info, so thanks again.

Normally I do, but theres been about 40 threads today duplicating topics already being discussed, which provide much better information, which makes finding the actual useful ones harder to find. Just look at how many have been locked today as it is. :rolleyes:

This is one of the most important topics in the entire forum listing

Where is there better information than this that provides people some calm about their order status?

Stop being a junior moderator and kindly please allow this information to flow so we can cut down on the "why hasn't my status updated" threads. I know you want to report this to the Moderators so it can be locked, too.

The Mods are probably already on it, so this thread won't have any information flowing through it when they get round to it.....

So, don't worry about the original thread.

If the Mods shut this down, that's fine. You can then sleep tonight.

Until then, this is absolutely serving its purpose and you are being nothing but a "Debbie Downer."

Why are just two people being anal about a thread that many people have already thanked the OP for providing information they would have otherwise missed?

If you like to eat chili dogs and are planning on eating chili dog(s) on Friday the 24th YOURE IN LUCK
Most chili dogs ship out next day air and the ones that don't are easily accessible at like sonic or something!

Then people should bother to actually check the main page of the site they're discussing on. Doesn't mean that we need 2 threads about the same subject, duplicating discussion and causing people to miss out on valid information. Might as well just contribute to the valid thread than this duplicate one. I'm not bothered about the praise your getting, as that's not the point of this forum... it's baffling how people can miss something that's on the front page of this site.....

It happens all the time.

I don't go to the home page, though I do receive updates through RSS feed.

I run a forum of my own and most people don't access it through the home page.

Also, be careful, avoid the food truck by the beach, the chili dogs from there is dodgy... Made from ACTUAL DOGS!! :eek:

Uhm, no, you are doing everything you can, in a sweat, to make a point that's not there. Nobody was proving your point.

The original post has enough information to start with.

The link that was just posted has additional information.

I am certain there are applications for junior Moderators somewhere on this forum.

Sure brought enough concern from you to be a complete "duplicate" of the latest news posted that you had to play Junior Moderator despite the many that felt this thread was very helpful.

For some reason, when people click on a thread they expect it to not be just a link to another thread, but actually offer some information or an opinion - SOMETHING of value.

So bitter, calling me junior moderator lol. Many? not really. Especially compared to the amount of active users in this subforum at the moment.
