Very apprehensive picking up the 17 Air yesterday because I bought it using ACMI and saying it's a TMO phone when in reality it was for Visible (Verizon MVNO).
Thankfully, other members here said to buy the TMO for those that use MVNO.
So when I setup the phone, the cellular transfer would not automatically switch eSIM from my 16 Pro to 17 Air - it kept asking for TMO credentials.
Had to chat with my MVNO (Visible) and within 5 minutes, was able to transfer the eSIM !
Very nice experience - hats off to Visible.
Anyone else have a similar issue or commendation for their MVNO ?
