Is anyone else who uses an MX Keyboard seeing the same issue? Its doesn't matter what state the battery is in, Monterey only shows the battery at 50%. Its also showing the same in the logi app. This is clearly a MacOS bug (at least for me) but I was wondering if others are seeing the same and if they had a fix for it. Thanks!

Hi DMG35, I am on Ventura 13.1, and I have exactly the same problem, both for my Logitech Master 3 Mac mouse and my Logitech MX Keys Mac keyboard.

Has it been solved for you already? I have the Logi Options and Options+ apps installed as well.

Wish I could tell you what I'm seeing with my setup, but I'm running Ventura - where the battery level appears to be quite accurate in both the Apple Bluetooth menubar item and in Logi Options+

Same issue here with my Logitech MX Keys for Mac. I'm on Ventura 13.3.1 and the battery level is stuck at 50%, both on bluetooth settings and Logi Options.

Did you find any solution?

Unfortunately no, I don't think there is any fix for it. I believe its the keyboard's bluetooth that's causing the issue and not the Mac. I've tried alternative battery guage programs and they all say 50%. For whatever reason Logitech can't communicate the battery percentage properly to the Mac.

Logitech having issues with Bluetooth??? You don't say.

Back in January, I wasn't having this issue, but now (in early June) my MX Keys also shows 50% charge in both Bluetooth menu and Logi Options app.

No issues for me with the charging percentage, but yesterday switching from my iMac Pro to my MacBook Pro caused the iMac to completely freeze. Couldnt do anything with it, no keyboard/mouse input accepted. Tried connecting my Apple keyboard and mouse and nothing. So I had to do the ol' hard shutdown. That was the first time something like that has happened
