Hi there,

My MX Master 3S is barely a year old. A few days ago I reached out to Logitech support, after noticing the rubber coating where I rest my palm has changed texture and gotten a little stickier than the rest. Having seen the photo, they told me my mouse is defective and I should take it to my retailer and ask for a replacement under warranty.

I'm not entirely sure they would replace it since it doesn't look bad really, my concern is that it's going to get worse over time.

Could this be normal wear and tear? Have others faced this same issue?

Thanks

Are you sure it's not just dirt? Maybe try gently cleaning with soap and warm water. The line texture I believe is normal.
I have tried cleaning it and it's not dirt/grease. Yes the lines are normal.
