Not sure how to describe it but when I'm holding my phone in my right hand as I usually do I now regularly hear and feel it sort of clicking together in the bottom left and right corners as if the front and back or some part of it is loose or coming apart. Any idea what this could be and if tightening the two screws might help?

That is not normal. Take your 6 into Apple and have it looked at. More than likely they will just swap it out for you as long as you are within the one year warranty and haven't damaged it in any way.

Is the screen seated evenly all around. There have been a few others that have heard a clicking noise when pressure is applied.

the iPhone 6 has the worst quality of any apple product I've ever used

I'm on my 4th iPhone 6 and 2nd 6 plus , all of them started to have issues with the screen becoming loose, sometimes even before I left the store... My current phone is probably going back because it has touch ID issues.... Even the people at AppleCare can't believe how many bad phones I've gotten... last time they replaced my phone I actually checked the display units at the store and a good percentage had the same loose screen problem. It was so common that the douchebag "genius" actually tried to use this against me saying that the loose screen was normal and I should just live with it. my $79 POS plastic android is better built... but man, that software sucks

Anyhow... rant over here's some constructive advice,

Had to go through 7 of the iPhone 6 to find one that didn't click in the lower right corner.

Worst iPhone ever made imo. My 6S has been awesome.

While you are having bad luck, I have never had a iPhone be defective and never had a single problem. I have owned everyone of them. If I had the same as happened to you, I would not longer be using Apple devices.

Wow I wasn't aware it was such a common problem. That makes me feel better. I'll try the fix, thanks.
