Damn.. I got to be careful with my iPhone 6 Plus because it does not have a case until next month. I don't have an AppleCare+ but I do have Asurion insurance anyway. :apple:

Dropped my 6+ with apple leather case on a wood floor, it bounced on one of the corners and landed screen side down. I was freaked until i picked it up and didnt find a single thing wrong with it.

This sounds silly, but make up something that keeps happening to your iPhone 6+ and odds are a nice genius will just swap it with no questions asked. Aka, my front facing camera is off center - would be the defect thats on my iPhone 6 currently.

Loose this one and AppleCare won't cover it.

Yeah I don't buy into AppleCare, I pay 6 dollars a month with AT&T and covers theft, drops, water damage, cracked screens and for every 6 months I don't make a claim the deductible drops by 50 dollars.

This works better for me because theft is most likely what will happen to my iPhone if anything.

I am just glad I got apple care+ on mine. I dropped mine 3 times within 5 minutes the other morning walking to the bathroom like a zombie. it slipped out of my hand twice banging against the sink once before hitting the floor and the 3rd time it fell off my bed. I was like "SMH seriously?!?" thank god my floor is slightly soft so nothing happened. not even a scratch phew

Maybe, stop taking your phone to the bathroom, Leave it in bed. #

I've got insurance with my carrier. It covers everything including loss and theft. It's exp but I'd rather have peace of mind that no matter what happens I'm covered. I know the pain of having an iPhone stolen (iPhone 4) and not being insured.

Samsung have trained me well over the past few years with big phones. When I got my original galaxy note I dropped it a few times in the first few weeks whilst I was getting used to handling a larger device. After that I've been fine. I find the 6 plus to be easier to hold than my previous galaxy notes anyway.

That doesn't sound silly. It sounds dishonest.

Yep thats another word for it, maybe Apple will one day crack down on geniuses who do this. Until then it is an expenses that Apple is willing to do to keep costumers on their expensive phones.

You do realize that next years model (If history is any indication) will be exactly the same (asthetically speaking) as this years. So if you're "not feeling" the 6, chances are you won't be feeling the 6S either.

At first glance you'd be correct.

However .... every asthetically speaking, updates to iPhone models tend to fare better in functionality/features and well slight colour choices.

iPhone 4 vs 4S:
No-Siri / Siri
Attenuation / No-Attenuation (or antennagate/no-antennagate)
color choices same - yet better 'white' balanced on 4S
Fast CPU
Better GPU

iPhone 5 vs 5S:
All Black / Space Grey ... I still prefer all Black, but no paint chipping on metal frame speaks better quality and asthetic appeal.
No-iTouch / iTouch fingerprint reader
^ I'm STILL pissed that although Apple clearly stated on announcement of 5S there is a Secure-Enclave, ApplePay says the 5S doesn't and thus not compatible..
Fast CPU
Better GPU

So ... there goes your theory.

He means that they look the same, aesthetics is all about the look.
