I used to have apple everything why not I wasn't able to provide a receipt from 2017 showing it was my MacBook they wouldn't unlock the firmware password that I never set up. I have since then told my Apple watch throughout the MacBook and just continued iPhones and iPads.

She could have bought it used and was not told it was locked ahead of time. Either way, no one here can assist you in getting the lock removed, Jen.
