My Airport Time Capsule guest network isn't working

When people try to connect it says it is too slow. I have read this is a problem with my provider. I have entered my IP address into my address bar to access my router but I do not know which settings to change. 🙁 Please help, and thanks in advance.

It is beside my Internet provider's router, yes. I am in bridge mode. I think that is the problem.

Correct. The AirPort must be in DHCP & NAT mode for the guest network to work properly.
