My Apple Logo

Made this based off the original Apple Logo...

Thought I'd bring it to life, and make it pop a bit more! I am still working on some minor things, but I like it!

Yeah I think you should simplify or something. Maybe get a cartoon instead of a photo in the middle?

As TJunkers says, this actually was Apple's original logo before they went for the apple with a chunk out of it that they essentially still have today.

But yes, it is too complicated and over fussy to be used as an effective logo – which is why it was soon replaced.

Still, looks like a Pub Sign, not a Company Logo.

Yeah the entire point was to make the logo realistic, but I agree its a bit crazy that that was their logo at one point.

I must say it does look a lot cleaner and streamline, but there was a reason that Apple ditched it in the first place. Nice work though.

Maybe a laptop in the guy's lap? Not that I want to promote something instead of reading, but it would seem like a logical progression.

Maybe even the crap white headphones if you want to go really wild.

I always thought that the original logo was neat, it certainly points to how much things have changed...

Old meets new, I like it. I think the mountains a bit too dark though, they stand out quite a bit.

Also, besides the man leaning on the tree, I took all the pictures used. so the mountains, grass, and tree where all from pictures I took.
