iPad My attempt at jailbreaking 11.3.1

So I am able to jailbreak my Air2 after only three tries, great, NOT! I end up with a “appsync unified” only half installed. I have tried since the first day to rectify it, I think I’ve read as much as possible on the subject with no luck. Now, all I get when rejailbreaking is “open SSH is now running! Enjoy! and a generic “Cydia” icon that does not open. Being a noob, all I want is my jailbroken iPad back. Can someone please help...

Use Putty to SSH into your phone and run UIcache. Youtube video on doing it.

Probably screwed at this point, forget the above, now on iOS 11.4.1, have shsh blobs for 11.3.1 is there anyway to get back to it, (11.3.1). Noncereboot says “Error Exploit”. This mean that I can’t go back to 11.3.1 till it’s updated? And just want to add, that I have tried over a hundred times using all tips listed on reddit to the tee, referencing noncereboot...
