This all sounds suspicious to me. Children of 8 or 9 like presents on their birthdays. 20 year olds shouldn't be that bothered, especially when they are buying it for themselves.
He says that buying from a store is out of the question. Why? Plus he needs it delivered to an address on a certain day.
Stolen credit card details? Has to be a customer not present transaction and delivered to the cardholder's address on the one day they are known to be away?
