My Battery Meter Doesn't Go Down?

I have a 4 day old 16gb 3G.
My battery meter stays at 100%.
If I restart the phone it shows the correct level until I charge or sync it again? Has anyone had this issue?
Is it a 3.0 bug?

You write "meter," but I assume you are talking about the icon. You probably just need to do a restore.

Restore won't help. This is a lingering bug from the 3.0 betas. I had it happen and nothing I did helped.

Its always good to turn the phone off/reboot each day anyways, just to clear the ram out.

I had that happen a few times and just rebooted the phone.

Condition the battery. Charge it fully, unplug, use it until it dies, and then charge it completely until it's full.
