my battery...normal?

i've had it for 11 months actually
its also been sleeping automatically around 12-15%...then when i plug it back in...it shows batter 0%😕

Yeah, unfortunately that looks about right. 238 is a pretty good number of cycles for less than a year's use, and it's not surprising the battery is starting to go. Most do seem to last a bit longer than that though.

Have you been calibrating the battery every month or two?
