My Bluetooth is not finding other devices neither other devices can find it

I broke my Macbook pro screen, and when it came back from apple, I updated to macOS Sierra something around 4 or 5 months ago, but just now I realized that my mac is not finding other bluetooth devices, other bluetooth can not find my mac, and when it does it is only for a couple seconds. I tried everything that is listed on Apple's support, turn on and off, debug the module, redefine the NVRAM, I even reinstalled macOS from the App Store, nothing worked. Is something that I can do?

Is your Bluetooth device recognized in the System Profiler app?

Yes, it says it is on and visible

Bluetooth antenna on your Mac may have worked loose.
Look up the repair for your model online.
Some are pretty easy, DYI.
