My Bro's bachelor party - need advice

Guys,
I want nature, city, steaks, Phish, an extreme sport and titties if possible... Wondering if you guys know the Columbia River near The Gorge in George, WA. I was thinking about flying into Seattle and going to See Phish on 8/6. I was wondering if you can white water raft to the venue. I was also thinking about skydiving to the venue. Maybe hang out in Seattle on Friday and rage it. Never been there....I'm from LA.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Here is the venue

Nature and Phish make no sense at all to me, and I could certainly do without the extreme sport and skydiving - but any day that includes steaks and titties is a good day. 😎
