My charges have dropped from my card

My watch is on the way....I have a tracking number all is looking good for a delivery tomorrow. I just check my bank card and the charges have dropped off and the balance has increased by the amount of the watch.

Any ideas what this is all about. There is plenty of $$$ in the account to cover the cost of the watch....always has been.

Same thing happened to me on the 6+ launch. They either took it later that Friday or early Monday. Want to say early Monday.
 
SO in theory, that debunks the "No charges, no watch tomorrow" mindset.
We've all been preauthorized...

Which means FedEx could be preparing to open up the heavens and rain watches down on all of us, unsuspecting little fanboys...
 
Same thing happened to me. Doubt you can really spend the money, though. I can't see them shipping something and allowing us to spend it (I know you don't want to -- I'm just saying for anyone who thinks they're getting a free watch). Seems like a weird thing that banks do from time to time.
 
My charges have dropped from my card

My pending charge from Monday fell off at some point today. Discover will only hold a pre-auth for three days. Since the watch technically didn't ship till this evening on my account I expect to see the pending charge again soon.
