My computer is freaking out...

I have iAlarm setup and before going to sleep i set it up and put my Mac Mini to sleep. It wakes me up in the morning and I turn iAlarm off and Shut Down my computer. a couple minutes (2-3) later it turns back on and i shut it down again. The second time it works, but the first time it alway turns back on

Any idea what is going on?

Any idea what is going on?

You can check you power settings and see if the computer is setup to auto power on at any given time or during specific conditions. An other culprit may be iCal.
