    Yes, I have.:(
And I think the reason of my problem was because of that.
I recently bought this 8gb ram to upgrade my Mac run a lil bit faster. It ran fine for like 2 3 days then started having that problem. But when I took it out my Mac worked fine. If it's because of the Ram so I just wonder why its not working even when the status saying all Ram are OK.???

Even if the new RAM matches the RAM in the system specs-wise, it can still be incompatible or the stick you put in might be bad.

It could also be an issue of compatibility between the new and preexisting RAM. If you use only the new 8GB module and remove the rest, do the kernel panics persist?

What brand is it? In my experience, such problems also tend to be alot less likely when dealing with known quality manufacturers like Crucial, Elpida, Samsung, etc.
