Earlier this evening I used my iPhone to check on the Chicago Bears. I went like this:

"Hey Siri, How did the Bears do today?"

"The Bears were subjugated by the Vikings, Thomas, the final score was 17 to 38."

"Hey Siri, Subjugated?"

"I do not understand Subjugated, Thomas."

"Hey Siri, well you're the one who used it."

"I do not understand Thomas."

You've gotta be more specific. She's not incredibly bright when it comes to conversation context, despite Apple's claims.

Siri can be very insistent about hearing something incorrectly for me. For example "redo it"...earlier today no matter how clear and concise I said it Siri would register "read do it" and instead of redoing the text message she'd read it. Didn't understand recompose it, finally I just said cancel and started over.

I'd fire her if she was a real personal assistant even with no salary.

knowledge Bomb,

Actually I know the meaning of Subjugate, I was questioning her use of it in this phrase. Although I'm a loyal Bears fan, I thought her use of it was very funny.
I wasn't saying you didn't, just replying to the part about her not following the context of the conversation.
