Well this whole thing certainly does suck for you--and hopefully you will get your new replacement and it will be great. But I guess for the most part as far as Apple support is concerned--well I have to think it falls under the stuff happens category. Not that it is good that stuff like this happens but that if this happened to every single person who contacted Apple--or even a good percentage of those who contact Apple--well this would be a big problem for everyone--and Apple too. But unfortunately when you involve people, they inevitably screw up from time to time and this kind of disconnect happens. Hopefully you will be a happy Apple customer once again when your new MP arrives.
