My downloads

I have been trying to download aMSN and some other programs, and stuff, I dont know whats going on but the programs never complete, I always get an error of some sort. anything I can do?

Im close.. like maybe 6 ft. away, and I dont have a cable 🙁 i have everything wirelessly(Wii, PS3, Laptop, this mac) everything is off thought except for this
