My DVI-ADC adaptor

I just bought and DVI-ADC so i can use my old 17" display with my mac mini. According to the apple online store my setup is fully compatable. However when I connect the dervices nothing appears on the screen. Any ideas?

Does the screen have power? Can you try another (DVI) Mac?

you have the psu all set up ect?

It all seems set up fine. does anything specail need doing.

Have you restarted the machine? There have been times for me, when hooking up a DVI monitor after a VGA was on the GFX Card, that I had to restart before the new display worked.

What kind of of DVI-ADC converter do you have?

Also, is this a Powered AGP grachics card (the ADC MUST have internal power to it)?????

Try bending the cable a little bit at one the ends. Could be some issues with the cable.
