My expired account just renewed for free TODAY

My MobileMe account expired 3 days ago. I held off renewing to see what today's event would bring.

And...

I just logged into my MobileMe account and it automatically renewed my account until June 2012 for "no additional charge!"

It's free as of today!!!!!

I was paid up through January of 2012 and now mine is showing June 30, 2012.

Also the storage upgrade and family plan upgrade options are gone. They are also doing maintenance on the mail, account maintenance, and signup page http://www.apple.com/support/mobileme/system_status_more.html
